QLIQLO Lab Inc. ("QLIQLO Lab," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit qliqlo.com (the "Site"). We are subject to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We collect only the following information:
- Email address — if you voluntarily submit your email address through the "I'm in!" waitlist form on our homepage. Submission is entirely optional.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this Site. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal information beyond what is described above.
2. How We Use Your Information
If you submit your email address, we use it solely to:
- Notify you when QLIQLO Lab products launch or become available;
- Send occasional updates about our company and products.
We will not use your email address for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your email address with a trusted email delivery provider solely for the purpose of sending the communications described above. These providers are contractually bound to handle your information securely and only as directed by us.
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of QLIQLO Lab or others.
4. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist. You may unsubscribe at any time (see Section 6), after which your email address will be removed from our list within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected;
- Deletion — request removal of your email address from our waitlist at any time;
- Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing us or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@qliqlo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
